Funeral Arranger - Part-time

R.C Weston & Son are independent family run Funeral Directors and part of E.C. Gilbert Ltd, who own and operate three Funeral homes in South Leicestershire.

Our friendly and dedicated team offer the highest quality bereavement care, looking after every client as we would our own families.

We aspire to provide expert support and guidance throughout the most difficult of times and help people to celebrate their loved ones in a personal and meaningful way.

We are currently seeking Funeral Arrangers to support, guide and assist our clients through every stage of their bereavement journey.

Experience in the bereavement sector is desirable, but not essential. Customer service and administration experience would be advantageous and comprehensive training and support will be provided.

• Demonstrate a good standard of written English and maths
• Be computer literate and confident with Microsoft packages
• Compassionate, empathetic and a great listener
• Passionate about exceeding our clients' expectations throughout their bereavement journey
• Efficient, organised and demonstrate excellent attention to detail
• Display initiative, adept at problem solving and be highly selfmotivated
• Willing to foster and develop positive relationships with colleagues, external agencies and the local community

£10.42-£11.50 per hour
