Are you looking for a flexible part time Bookkeeping role?

My client a friendly creative contemporary art gallery based in Central London are seeking a part time, stand alone Bookkeeper to join there friendly team.

You will be required to work 21 hours per week which, if needed, can be increase to 28 hours per week.

The hours you work and on what day you work them are your choice.

Hybrid working offered

Permanent, part time

Salary 32K FTE

The job:

Completion of daily bookkeeping for 3 companies using Sage 50
Bank reconciliation
Petty cash control
Quarterly VAT returns
Process daily and weekly payments via PayPal, cheques and phone orders together
Communication and sales reports to clients
Monthly payroll for staff (currently executed through Sage Payroll) and expense claims, and other payroll duties such as P60
Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports and cash flow projections
Effectively manage issuing and recovery of invoices
Working with external agencies including our auditors and other financial correspondence as required
