- Coordinate wellness events, workshops, and training sessions to educate employees on healthy lifestyle choices
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of wellbeing programs through data analysis and employee feedback
- Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in employee wellbeing
- Strong knowledge of health and wellness principles, including nutrition, exercise, stress management, and mental health
- Excellent communication skills to effectively educate and engage employees in wellbeing initiatives
- Ability to develop and implement comprehensive wellbeing programs tailored to the needs of a diverse workforce
- Strong organizational skills to plan and coordinate wellness events and activities
- Analytical skills to assess program effectiveness through data analysis
- Ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams and build relationships with internal stakeholders
- Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to employee wellbeing
