Location:
Belfast, Ireland

What you will do:
Maintain A/R records, customer information, invoice and credit updates in CRM & ERP-
Run credit checks for newly onboarded and current customers-
Contact customers and arrange payment for current and past-due balances-
Notify & route invoice disputes to the billing team and discontinue invoice notices as needed-
Meet collection targets per region and maintain recurring calls with high visibility customers-
Solicit help from sales & operations teams in collections activities where appropriate-
Perform routine reporting for collections-
Assist with system testing, as needed-
Assist with month-end closing activities and reporting-
Assist with the annual financial statement audit, as needed-
Additional ad hoc responsibilities as may be assigned-
Ensure compliance with Company policies and procedures
What you will need:
2+ years of hands-on experience in credit and collections for a software and professional services organization-
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross functional teams.-
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills-
Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively, meet deadlines, work with others and follow through to execute all tasksExperience with NetSuite and Salesforce is strongly preferred-
Recent experience working in a dynamic fast-paced tech company environment-
Experience with an international, multi-subsidiary organization-
Bachelors degree in Accounting-
Two years of credit & collections experience-
Excellent skills in MS Excel and Workday-
Outstanding written and oral communication skills
