Description
Duties:
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
- Office admin
- Office set up support
- Managing deliveries
- Office experience initiatives incl. support with opening events
- Other ad hoc support as required
- Provide general administrative support to staff members
This will be an initial temp role, based at the new office in Northampton, and will last for three months initially, with a chance to extend.
Job Types:

Contract length: 3 months
Salary:
£13.15 per hour
