Futures are working with a modern and forward thinking manufacturer who are expanding quickly and now need additional Electrical Assembly Operatives to meet production targets.

You must have previous experience of assembling and wiring of electrical andelectronic products (controllers and control panels) in a manual production environment.

Electrical Assembly Operative - Attributes - Panel Wirer / Electrical Assembler / Sub-assemblies / Soldering / Electronics / Controllers / Looming / HV / LV / Components

Dedicated and a cando attitude
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematic Drawings
Experience using a variety of electrical terminations and tooling
Experience with dry soldering is desired
Working in a demanding environment meeting deadlines
Producing work to a highquality standard; replicating this standard on each build

Electrical Assembly Operative - Role - Panel Wirer / Electrical Assembler / Sub-assemblies / Soldering / Electronics / Controllers / Looming / HV / LV / Components

The Electrical Assembler wirer will work within a team to manufacture a wide variety of Low and High voltage production electrical harnesses and control panels
The role will offer occasional overtime to meet production / customer delivery dates if requested
Manufacture of Control Panels and cabling to schematic and Assembly drawings
Testing of manufactured harnesses; working to SOPs and test documentation whilst accurately recording information
Liaising with seniors and engineering to develop prototype harnesses
Maintaining a safe, neat work area which complies with a lean manufacturing environment
