One of my clients has asked me to assist with their recruitment of a Senior Residential Property Lawyer to join them at their office in Redditch.

As the successful applicant, you will be responsible for a manageable caseload of mixed matters that will include sale and purchase files (registered, unregistered, freehold, leasehold, shared ownership and new build), remortgaging, transfer of equity, equityrelease, right to buy and lease extensions.

You will have paralegal support and report to the Director.

In order to be considered for this role, you must be at least 5 years PQE with the relevant qualifications to be a stand alone fee earner (SRA, CILEx or CLC).

You will ideally be ambitious with the desire to step up and take on further responsibility as thefirm grows. The firm operates with a family culture and strives to provide a top class service to their clients.
