Support Engineer | £55,000 up to £60,000 DOE | Fully Remote

What You Will Be Doing

  • Being the first point of contact providing support to customers
  • Monitoring & incident management
  • Responding to P1 events
  • Improving the IP and raising suggestions to the team
  • Actioning clients support requests


This is an exciting role for anyone looking to grow in support engineering with an industry leading team who like to challenge the normal ways of working.


Essential

  • 3+ years in cloud environments
  • Azure
  • PowerShell, TypeScript, C#
  • Experience configuring in SQL
