Cleanroom Operator

Location:
Littlehampton

Salary:
£10.90 per hour
Bee Happy Recruitment are proud to be working with a medical supply company based in Littlehampton.

Your day to day role will be working within a cleanroom assembly areas. Our operators

are required to assemble, test, inspect and package a range of medical devices. Each production area

produces around 30 different products, so, the work is varied and interesting.


Key responsibilities:


  • Assembly of drug delivery and mainly single use disposable medical devices and inspection of moulded parts.
  • Inspection and testing of finished products.
  • Checking and packing of finished products.
  • Following company procedures and work instructions.
  • Identifying nonconforming products and/or materials and bring them to the attention of the room supervisor or quality control inspector.

  • A good work ethic and a willingness to learn new skills.

Training:


  • Full training will be given for the production processes such as; solvent bonding, RF welding, UV bonding, leak and block testing, packaging, labelling, sealing machines as well as a host of other manufacturing techniques.

Shifts, breaks, holiday entitlement and rates of pay:

  • Day shifts are 9 hours long
  • 8am
  • 5pm, with a 1.30pm finish on Fridays.
  • Twilight shift are 8 hours long 3pm 11pm with Fridays off.
  • There are two 15 minute paid tea breaks and a 30 minute unpaid lunch break.
This is a temporary to permanent position with the potential for a permanent contract after 12 weeks

Salary:
£10.90 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
