Support Worker - Wakefield, United Kingdom - Hapton Community Services
Description
We are recruiting for full time and part time support workers to work across our central service, Glynn Living and within our brand new step down service, for people stepping down from the Glynn Living for the first time.
The role involves supporting young adults on a journey from recovery, usually from long hospital stays back into the community.
The role is to reduce the reliance on staff, constant supervision or other restrictive interventions and help people take control over their life and responsibility over their individual care planning and road to recovery.
Days, Nights, Weekend, Bank or casual hours to be considered.

Part-time hours: 24 per week
Salary:
£10.93-£11.93 per hour

- Day shift
- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekend availability
