Job description:

We are currently recruiting for 2 permanent full-time roles to work within our busy online retail company, you will be fully trained to operate 3 different picking and packing machines with some additional manual picking and packing.

Including daily booking in of stock, and general tidiness and organisation within the warehouse.

The role is primarily 8-hour day shifts Monday to Friday, with currently one in every three Saturday half-day shift. Occasional bank holiday work may be required with the possibility of Sundays in the future

Uniform and PPE will be provided and expected to be kept clean and worn

Main Responsibilities

Be a 'Super user' for the Autostore system and packing machines.
Setting up, operating, and maintaining machines
Good attention to detail with a logical approach to working
Able to work within time constraints and prioritise/manage own workload to ensure that targets are achieved
Understanding of Health and Safety and Hygiene in the workplace
Take responsibility for some functions in the absence of team members when requested to do so by management.
Continually improve our ways of work to boost productivity and get the best results
