This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in Customer Experience and Customer Service, dealing with complaints and disputes.
You will join a fun, supportive, welcoming and caring team who believe in a supportive, encouraging, knowledgeable and present leadership.
Your duties will be to investigate, respond to client/third party complaints/disputes and recommend action, in doing so you will provide a superior customer service experience with a fair outcome.

Hours:
Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
Location:
Work from home, anywhere in the UK (Please note in future there will be some travel including to London and other parts of the UK (paid obviously))
Day to day (included but not limited to):
- Manages the process relating to customer complaints and/or disputes & attends promptly to client needs communicating respectfully and empathetically
- Takes ownership of individual cases from receipt to conclusion, escalating to Associate Directors as needed for guidance
- Uses detailed knowledge and investigative skills to fully explore complaints and use your discretion and judgment, when dealing with a wide range of situations
- Ensures all complaints are handled within agreed guidelines and timescales
- Maintain accurate complaint records on the Company's internal system providing a clear and concise audit trail
- Keep up to date with procedural, regulatory and legislative changes
- May from time to time be requested to meet with clients remotely or in person to discuss individual client needs or business development opportunities (travel will be paid)
- Ensures all quotations received are forwarded to the relevant Property Manager for Approval prior to instructing
- Ensures daily/weekly chase lists are generated to contractors to obtain progress/status reports and ensures tickets are suitably updated
Skills needed (included but not limited to):
- Proficient in Data Entry & MS Office & be techsavvy
- Ability to Work autonomously and as part of a team
- Ability to work well under deadlines and pressure and to prioritise tasks and interface with all levels of management
- Excellent communication and empathic skills
- Able to organise, prioritise and manage a diverse workload, meeting deadlines and targets
- Strong attention to detail & accuracy essential
- Good judgement and problem solving ability
- Ability to build good, strong and positive working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
