Job Brief:

Key responsibilities include:

Conducting thorough visual inspections of all incoming caravans, including the removal of unrequired items.
Complete all inspection paperwork. This requires full documentation of the caravan dimensions, any interior or exterior defects and clear and precise photography showing the condition of the incoming caravan.
You will be responsible for ensuring the safe and secure loading of all caravans into shipment containers in preparation for export.
Your role will require you to always maintain the safety of the workshop ensuring it is always kept in a safe and orderly fashion
You will be responsible for consumable stock management.
The work is physically demanding, you will be working underneath the caravans, therefore you must be physically fit

Qualifications/Experience

Good technical experience with hand and power tools and the ability to operate these tools safely and appropriately for the task in hand.
Forklift experience is advantageous but not essential.
Experience working in a fast paced environment where precision, safety and initiative are part of everyday work.
Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
Good IT skills, ability to use basic Microsoft software packages including Excel and Outlook.

Salary:
£21,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
