The role:

As a Graduate Recruiter you will be joining one of the best companies to start your career in the highly lucrative recruitment sector.

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Director and working collaboratively with the Account Directors you will initially commence your career within the resourcing team where you will identify and source talent for our clients

Key responsibilities will include:

Conducting research to gain a thorough understanding of our clients' business, culture and career opportunities.
Liaising with the Talent Acquisition team to share information and support wider campaigns
Managing and arranging interviews and assessments and providing feedback throughout the campaign
Managing subsequent offers to ensure a smooth and successful completion to your recruitment campaigns
Supporting our coffee/tea making runs and participating in our legendary quarterly events

After a successful induction period, you will have the opportunity to further develop your career within talent sourcing or moving into an Account Manager or Sales role depending on your strengths and preferences.

Your profile:

Ability to research and source information combined with an inquisitive mind
Commercial and empathetic with a good understanding of business
Strong communication skills with the ability to question and challenge
Good understanding of IT and competent with social media
Selfmotivated and target driven
Tenacious, ambitious and resilient
