Duties and Responsibilities of Photographer:

Photography:
Capture high-quality images of products using appropriate lighting, composition, and techniques.

Product Styling:
Arrange products in visually appealing and engaging compositions to highlight their features and benefits.

Equipment Management:
Maintain and operate photography equipment, including cameras, lenses, lighting equipment, and accessories.

Editing and Retouching:
Edit and retouch images to enhance their visual appeal, ensuring accuracy and consistency with branding guidelines.

Collaboration:

Collaborate with creative teams, including art managers, graphic designers, and marketers, to ensure that product images meet project requirements and objectives.

Product Knowledge:
Develop an understanding of the products being photographed to accurately represent their features and functionality.

Organisation:
Maintain an organised workflow, including file management and documentation, to ensure efficient production and delivery of images.

Quality Control:
Perform quality checks on images to ensure they meet standards for resolution, colour accuracy, and overall visual appeal.

Research and Development:
Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and technologies related to product photography to continually improve skills and methods.

Adaptability:
Adapt to changing project requirements, timelines, and priorities while maintaining a high level of creativity and professionalism

Qualifications, Skills and experience for Photographer:
Degree / Certification in Photography, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field preferred.

Proven experience as a product photographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in product photography.

Proficiency with photography equipment, including DSLR cameras, studio lighting, and photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).

Excellent understanding of lighting techniques, composition, and visual aesthetics.

Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency in image quality and style.
