THE ROLE

The exciting company are currently looking for an Events Executive to join their fun-loving team and deliver their events across the UK and internationally.

The roles responsibilities are broad and includes;

Supporting in event delivery from brief to completion
Sourcing venues across the UK
Negotiating rates with venues and suppliers
Managing contracts with clients, suppliers and venues
Supporting in the managing of budgets
Delegate management creating and sending invites, booking travel, booking accommodation, sending joining instructions
Going onsite to events to ensure they run smooth and complete client satisfaction
