Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities will include:

Negotiated contracts, transportation, and handling costs of goods
Investigated and planned appropriate routes for shipments according to a variety of details including nature of goods, cost, transit time and security measures.
Precisely and thoroughly completed tariff classifications, audit documentation, customs declarations and associated documentation.
Selected carriers according to specific customer requirements, arranging costeffective, timely transport provisions.
Prepared accurate, appropriate documentation for export shipments for destination and origin countries.
Assessed paperwork to make appropriate customs declarations for timely shipment processing.
Liaise with Export Despatch Team, Finance and QC Teams for timely & compliant despatch
General admin duties as required

Essential skills & Experience:

Logistics Coordination
Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
Good experience and knowledge of international export. Applicants must be able to demonstrate previous office based Administrative/Order processing or Customer Service experience.
Proficient in IT and using various systems
Experience in working with deadlines is essential
Strong initiative, selfsufficiency and motivation
Strong on detailed follow up, organisation and task finalisation
Experience in a fastpaced environment
Experience in working as part of a team as well as independently.

Export Coordination i.e. US, EMEA & APAC
Medical Devices /Pharmaceutical Logistics
