Role Summary:

The EMEA Project Management Lead will report into the Global Project Director on a prestigious technology client.

They will play an active role in both running & overseeing all EMEA campaigns, collaborating with the EMEA Project Management & Design team in the execution of world-class marketing communications.

As the regional Client's central point-of-contact, they will hold overall responsibility for the regional relationship while ensuring Hogarth Project Management and Design teams are engaged and motivated to perform.


The role is Production, Process and Analytically focussed, requiring someone who has a track record of working under pressure, strong problem-solving skills and impeccable communication skills.

A keen eye for detail will also be a critical factor for success in the role.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Client management
  • Acting as the central point of contact as well as the point escalation for all EMEA projects
  • Support in developing methods to increase client satisfaction and deepen client relationships
  • Ensure production workflows are adhered to, reenforcing correct production process, industry best practices and escalating when necessary
  • Conflict resolution
  • Have a strong working knowledge of Post-Production best practice, various Studio Roles and the Applications used throughout Post-Production
  • Ensure projects are produced to a high creative standard, delivered on time (as per agreed SLAs), guidelines are followed and champion consistency
  • Collaborate with the Global Project Director in strategic analysis and continuous improvement


  • Studio/ Resource Management

  • Setting continual priorities, ensuring Design Team buy in on task lead times and reviewing capacity and utilisation on an ongoing basis
  • Line Management of the EMEIA Project Management Team i.e. oneonone management / mentoring
  • Provides a link into Global activity, representing the region and ensuring alignment
  • Assist in recruiting and staffing
  • Plan and coordinates training/onboarding for incoming and existing teams
  • Conduct and manage performance appraisal
  • Point of escalation for Internal/ External Project teams when working on EMEIA projects
  • Own Project Reconciliation (Qualitative/ Quantitive)
  • Finance Management ensure projects are booked in as per process and data is recorded accurately
  • Manages resourcing across teams by monitoring utilisation and productivity
  • Ensures full compliance with all financial procedures and policies
  • Encourage and explore new avenues of potential work both internally and externally
  • Works with senior management to ensure teams are engaged and motivated to perform
  • Lead by example, embracing the Hogarth values through interactions with the immediate team, broader teams and management

Requirements:


  • Agency experience managing international clients in multiple markets with multiple stakeholders
  • Project planning & reconciliation is a must
  • Focus on continuous improvements, delivering excellent quality and high levels of customer service
  • Line Management experience
  • Experience in the language industry desired
  • Negotiation skills
  • Problem solver
  • Good networking skills
  • High level of organisation and attention to detail
  • Selfstarter and selfmotivated
  • Strong English speaking and writing skills are a must
  • Knowledge of another language is a plus but not mandatory
