Internal Sales Executive

Salary:
£25,000 - £30,000 + commission
We are looking for a motivated internal sales executive to join our team. You will have industry experience within a tooling or white goods background and an expert in lead generation. The position requires a wide range of skills and experience with the construction, engineering and manufacturing industries.

Main Responsibilities

Communicating with customers to understand their needs and requirements and identify sales

opportunities

Answering customers' questions, resolving their concerns, sourcing products, and providing additional
Explaining and demonstrating the functions and features of products and services
Maintaining and improving the database of customers and prospects
Researching for new leads
Keeping up to date with product and service information and competitor offers
Upselling products and offering excellent customer service internally and externally if required
Being proactive daily to generate sales and achieve sales targets
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Excellent organisation
Patience, time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
Excellent numeracy skills for accurate calculation of sales prices, discounts, and percentages
Excellent reporting and documenting within the company CRM system
