Location:
Leigh, Greater Manchester


Salary:
£20,000 - £22,000 per annum, dependant on experience


Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm - 1 hour lunch break

We're looking for a Marketing Assistant to join our fun, fast paced and dynamic team, on a full-time basis. Refine Group are a leading cosmetics and aesthetics pharmacy and wholesaler with several sub brands and sister businesses.


Responsibilities:


  • Growing and expanding company social media presence into new social media platforms, plus increasing presence on existing platforms including Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter
  • Plan, create and publish engaging content for a number of the company's social media channels, e.g. text posts, images, videos and interactive content
  • Ensuring brand consistency in marketing and social media messages by working with various Marketing Team members, including Design and SEO
  • Monitor and respond to social media messages, comments and reviews
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media trends and best practices
  • Creating and distributing engaging written or graphic content in the form of enewsletters and blog content
  • Reporting progress to senior team

Experience:


  • Marketing or social media qualification
  • Proven TikTok experience, personal or professional
  • Some experience in writing content/blogs
  • An understanding of core marketing principles
