Description
We are seeking a Customer Assistant to join our team. As a Customer Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to upsell products or services, and strong organizational skills.Duties:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products or services
- Upsell additional products or services to enhance the customer experience
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and cohesive work environment
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to speak multiple languages, including English is highly desirable
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Ability to sell products or services effectively
- Proficient phone etiquette for handling customer calls
Job Types:

From £25,928.75 per year
