Completions Assistant - Farnborough

Up to circa £21,000 (DOE)

TSR Legal have an excellent opportunity to join an award winning, legal 500 ranked, full-service law firm which is growing fast.

The firm advise UK and international businesses and individuals, and pride themselves on providing long term support to their clients.

The firm are looking to recruit a Completions Assistant to provide support for the fast-paced New Build Property team based in their modern office in Farnborough.

The department deals with a large number of transactions each year so this is a very busy role within a progressive law firm.

As a Completions Assistant, you will be responsible for dealing with a variety of matters upon the completion of conveyancing.

Daily duties include;
Processing files once the conveyancing transaction are complete
Using the Land Registry Portal
Paying stamp duties and any other costs
Closing and archiving files
Completing procedural forms
Checking registrations received from the Land Registry; submitting the same to the lender and the clients
Ensuring OS1's are up to date
