Experienced TIG Welder - Wakefield

We are currently looking for an experienced TIG Welder to join our client in Wakefield on a permanent basis.

You will be working with a friendly, fast growing business that specialises within the Stages and Platform industry.

This role offers a wide range skill growth, fantastic career progression opportunities including working abroad and additional earnings up to 50K per year.

Pay Rate:
£26,000 (rising to £29,500 once fully trained)
Fantastic bonus scheme and overtime, earning up to £50K per year

Working hours:
Monday to Thursday, 7am to 5:30pm
Overtime (time & half): Friday, between 6am to 4pm & Saturday, 6am to 10pm

Main duties of the job:
TIG Welding aluminium 2mm - 12mm
Reading and working from CAD Drawlings
Measuring, cutting and assembling of working platforms and stages
Ensure all finished products are made and quality checked to the highest of standards
Completion of paperwork as and when needed
Various other duties

Skills Required:
Applicants DO NOT need to be coded however, you must have experience OR a qualification in TIG welding
Ability to work effectively under your initiative and part of a team
Work well under pressure whilst meeting deadlines
Keen eye for detail and ensuring the quality of work produced is of the highest standard
