Marketing Lead

£70,000-£75,000 DOE

Full time/ Permanent/ Could consider 4 days.


I am delighted to be working with an independent consultancy firm who has a new requirement for a Marketing Lead to join them on a permanent basis.

This firm has a fantastic reputation and is known for their exceptionally talented staff, who are leadersin their filed and very passionate about what they do.

You will be required to lead their marketing, bids and business development team ensuring thy remain market leaders.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and executive marketing stragergy
  • Oversee internal communications to assist in knowledge sharing
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders to maximise value of other business functions
  • Line manage 2 staff
  • Arrange and organise events
  • Develop and execute social media strategy
  • Create and maintain content for website
  • Facilitate/oversee their bid process
  • Oversee CRM negotiation

To be considered:

  • You must have proven experience in defining, driving, and delivering a strong marketing strategy
  • Experience within the built environment or property space would be highly desirable
  • Experience across the full marketing mix
  • Some direct line management experience would be an advantage
  • Experience working in a partnership setting would be desirable
  • A track record of overseeing teams and projects
  • Ability to gather information from a variety of sources to prepare and analyse in a variety of ways
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe packages (InDesign, Photoshop)
