Description
Our logistics company based in Colnbrook is looking for an Air Export Clerk to join their team on a permanent basis


Main duties:


  • Quoting
  • Dealing directly with shippers and overseas agents
  • Exports Customs Entries


  • Invoicing

  • Completing varied exports jobs from start to finish
  • Occasionally arranging road freight shipments, entries, T1 declarations
  • Be part of Export on call rota 1 week in 12, which would include weekend coverage (remotely from 6pm Friday 9am the following Friday)

Qualifications:


  • Level CO AvSec trained desirable but not essential as training can be provided

Required experience

  • Min 3 years AIR EXPORT experienc
  • Must have Pharma / GDP knowledge and experience
  • Boxtop or Sequioa experience would be an advantage but not essential as training would be given
  • You will be submitted to a DBS check and 5 year references before start date
