About Our Client:
The Part Time - Accounts Payable Officer (Hybrid) will be responsible for:
- Maintaining accurate accounts payable records, making sure all invoices and payments are accurately entered into the system
- Reconciling accounts, preparing and sending out payments
- Resolving any discrepancies or issues with payments
- Ensuring that payments are made in a timely manner
- Maintaining good relationships with vendors and suppliers
- Working with the finance department to prepare reports and monthly statements
- Processing expense reports
- Other accounting tasks as needed
The Successful Applicant:
The Part Time - Accounts Payable Officer (Hybrid) could be described by:
- Experience as an accounts payable clerk or similar role
- Strong organisational, problemsolving, and analytical skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of accounting software
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
