About Our Client:

The Part Time - Accounts Payable Officer (Hybrid) will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining accurate accounts payable records, making sure all invoices and payments are accurately entered into the system
  • Reconciling accounts, preparing and sending out payments
  • Resolving any discrepancies or issues with payments
  • Ensuring that payments are made in a timely manner
  • Maintaining good relationships with vendors and suppliers
  • Working with the finance department to prepare reports and monthly statements
  • Processing expense reports
  • Other accounting tasks as needed

The Successful Applicant:

The Part Time - Accounts Payable Officer (Hybrid) could be described by:

  • Experience as an accounts payable clerk or similar role
  • Strong organisational, problemsolving, and analytical skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Knowledge of accounting software
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
