IT Support Assistant
FPSG are proudly working in partnership which an award winning international Legal firm based in London. Due to the growth of the business, we are looking to add an IT Support Assistant to the team.
You will be part of the day to day organisation working as part of the IT team to deliver support services via phone, person and the companies video conference platform.
This is a highly technical position to support the deployment of resources from computer hardware / software, mobile devices and additional IT conferencing equipment.
The Role:
- Support all IT and telephone related issues.
- Network administration assistance.
- Configure, setup and upgrade of new and old computers (software & hardware).
- Communicate with internal team with daily reports.
- Working on various projects that fall in line with the companies tech stack.
- Support all platform related issues from Window 10, Office 365, TEAMs
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality due to discretionary matters.
About You:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Well presented with a high level of attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Infrastructure (TCP/IP, routing, switches, vLANs firewall, DHCP, DNS).
- Highly organised and ability to plan and prioritise to meet deadlines.
- Good knowledge of Windows 2016/19 Active Directory administration and Group Policy.
- Passionate about technology.
Preferred but not essential:
- Experience with Microsoft 365 administration
- Knowledge of Netdocuments DMS
- Knowledge of virtualisation platforms (VMware Horizon or Azure VDI)
- Knowledge of Information Security (ISMS, ISO 27001)
