Description

Due to an increase in New Build developments within the Region, we require two full time Customer Service Coordinators based at the Quinton, Birmingham Office, on a 6-month fixed term basis.


At Lovell we work with local authorities and housing associations to create sustainable communities and leave a positive legacy wherever we work.

We develop new housing, construct and refurbish people's homes and create homes for rent, shared ownership and open market sale.

Lovell's expertise is creating large-scale and social renewal throughout the country.


Our Customer Service Coordinators (CSC) are responsible for the day-to-day management of the aftersales service provided to our customers and clients.

Our CSCs manage all customer issues and allocate required resources including Customer Service Operatives and contractors to undertake remedial work in customer homes.


Our CSCs:

  • Allocate work to the Customer Service Operatives, site teams and / or contractors to ensure prompt and efficient resolution to customer issues.
  • Prepare and circulate weekly progress reports to site teams and HOCS
  • Ensure aftersales issues are addressed within specified timescales and that customers are kept updated throughout the process
  • Arrange the completion of issues identified during end of defect liability period inspections


You should be a confident, enthusiastic, personable individual, able to work well with others, be thorough and pay attention to detail; remain patient and have an ability to remain calm in stressful situations.

The ability to communicate courteously with customers by telephone and written instruction at all levels and have excellent organisational skills is essential.

Customer services experience within housebuilding or a related industry would be advantageous.
