Responsibilities:

Answer incoming customer calls and provide assistance with inquiries, complaints, and product information.
Utilize phone etiquette skills to ensure professional and courteous communication with customers.
Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
Upsell additional products or services to enhance the customer experience.
Assist with data entry and maintain accurate customer records.
Communicate effectively with customers to resolve issues and provide timely solutions.

Requirements:

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers.
Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to handle a high volume of calls.
Proficient in data entry and computer skills for accurate record keeping.
Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Prior customer service experience is preferred but not required.
