Responsibilities:


  • Answer incoming customer calls and provide assistance with inquiries, complaints, and product information.
  • Utilize phone etiquette skills to ensure professional and courteous communication with customers.
  • Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
  • Upsell additional products or services to enhance the customer experience.
  • Assist with data entry and maintain accurate customer records.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to resolve issues and provide timely solutions.

Requirements:


  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to handle a high volume of calls.
  • Proficient in data entry and computer skills for accurate record keeping.
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Prior customer service experience is preferred but not required.

Job Types:

Salary:
From £23,315.81 per year
