Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer calls and provide assistance with inquiries, complaints, and product information.
- Utilize phone etiquette skills to ensure professional and courteous communication with customers.
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Upsell additional products or services to enhance the customer experience.
- Assist with data entry and maintain accurate customer records.
- Communicate effectively with customers to resolve issues and provide timely solutions.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers.
- Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to handle a high volume of calls.
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills for accurate record keeping.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Prior customer service experience is preferred but not required.
