A leading UK firm is looking for a Senior Associate to join their corporate team in London.

Over the years, the firm has established a reputation as a leading London specialist firm for transactions in the mid-market and are ranked in the key legal directories for M&A, venture capital, real estate and dispute resolution.

Recognised as one of the leading VC practices in the UK, with deep experience advising on transactions form initial funding all the way through to exit.

The team act for many of Europe's top tier investors (whether venture capital firms, family offices, corporate venture arms, strategic investors and solo VCs) and most exciting emerging and scaling companies around, providing the team with multiple perspectives on the fundraising conversation.

With the firm being based in London, they are at the epicentre of Europe's VC and tech market and plugged into that community, as well as regularly advising on cross border transactions worldwide.

As part of the team you will be advising clients on M&A and Venture Capital, as well as supporting junior fee earners.

Be a UK qualified lawyer.
Have 4+PQE in a Corporate practice, with a focus on Venture Capital work.
Be experienced in advising both domestic and international clients.
Be detailfocused and analytical, with sound judgement skills.
Be ambitious and selfmotivated.
Have excellent client relationship skills and effective at communication.
Be a collaborative team player who fit in with a collegiate and hardworking team.
