    This is an exciting full time, permanent, opportunity to play a key role in supporting business growth by sourcing, attracting, and selecting high-quality talent across a diverse range of roles.

    Responsibilities Recruitment DeliveryManage the full recruitment lifecycle from briefing through to offerPre-screen candidates via phone, video, and/or face-to-face interviewsEvaluate applicants and provide clear recommendations to hiring managersEnsure best practice is applied consistently across all recruitment activityStakeholder PartnershipWork consultatively with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needsDraft clear, engaging job descriptions and advertsAct as a trusted advisor on recruitment strategy and market insightSourcing and Talent AttractionUtilise a variety of sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networksEngage both active and passive candidates to build strong talent pipelinesSupport workforce planning by anticipating future talent requirementsWork closely with the wider HR team on cross-functional initiativesParticipate in ad hoc projects to support continuous improvement within Talent AcquisitionQualifications Proven experience in a similar Talent Acquisition or Recruitment roleAbility to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsExperience sourcing candidates and building talent pipelinesAnalytical mindset with the ability to solve problems and propose solutionsHighly organised, self-motivated, and resilient under pressureBenefits and Rewards Hybrid working with flexibilityPerformance-related bonus (up to 10%)Enhanced holiday scheme, with the option to buy or sell up to 10 daysLife assurance, critical illness cover, and income protectionOptional private medical insuranceSubsidised gym membership and cycle to work schemeContributory pension schemeWellbeing initiatives, including access to a wellbeing app
