Minimum NVQ Level 3 in childcare

Duties include:

To facilitate enjoyable, meaningful, challenging and stimulating children's activities using indoor and outdoor settings, and by acquiring, making and combining appropriate materials and resources.
To endeavour to ensure the nursery setting meets the needs of individual children and that activities are differentiated to accommodate children at different stages of their development
To develop positive relationships with parents and carers, working closely with them to maximise the welfare and development of their children.
