Service Delivery Manager - Collections Service

Salary:
£36,400.00 per annum plus Employee bonus scheme and Veolia benefits


Hours:40 hours per week, plus Saturdays following bank holidays


Location:
Buckinghamshire, Amersham, Wycombe and Burnham

What will you be doing?

  • Safe delivery of a first time collection culture adhering to all contractual performance KPIs
  • Managing people & assets to deliver / exceed service expectations
  • Driving innovation and change for customers, working with client teams and members of the public to provide exemplary service.
  • Developing an excellent day to day relationship with client team, and trade union representatives. Built on trust and service delivery.
  • Managing people & assets to deliver efficient & profitable service.
  • To work within budgetary controls and to be accountable for spend on staffing, overtime and agency spend.
  • Maintain a compliant and well run fleet of vehicles.
  • Seek efficiencies to maximise contract performance.
  • Utilise data from ECHO, Vision and Power BI to improve operational performance.
  • Carry out effective crew monitoring, performance reviews, training and team briefings.
  • Debriefing crews fully on ECHO, ensuring vehicles and driver cards are downloaded in line with company policy.
  • Debriefing driver compliance, infringements, over weights,speeding and harsh breaking in line with company policy.
  • Provide service reports as required by the contract manager.
  • Deputizing for the Operations Manager when required.
  • Covering other Service Delivery Managers across the 3 locations as and when required.
  • Required to work all Bank Holiday Catch Up Saturdays
