Your key responsibilities will be to provide support and training to Panel Beater and Paint Technician Apprentices and to maintain and strive to improve the safety, quality and production of our vehicle bodyshop including:


  • Provide and lead training in panel beating and painting
  • Share knowledge and experiences
  • Provide advice, guidance and feedback
  • Offer encouragement and support
  • Identify development opportunities
  • Build apprentices' confidence and independence
  • Support personal development
  • Offer constructive feedback
  • Ensure all apprentices are working safely, wearing correct PPE and following safety rules
To be successful, you'll bring some of the following experience with you:

  • All round experience in panel beating, painting and bodyshop
  • Must have a good understanding of English for safety reasons
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Punctual, reliable and a selfmotivated attitude
  • The ability to motivate staff and communicate effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and will have a keen interest in developing people.
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable to ensure the role is performed to a high standard.
  • Strong leadership skills.
