Ann Mason Care have an exciting new opportunity for a full-time or part time Care Supervisors role hrs. We are looking for a motivated reliable, caring individual to join our team.

Our supervisors will join us in providing a high standard of care enabling clients to remain at home, maintaining their independence.

Responsibilities

Making sure all care plans are always delivered accurately and efficiently.
Implementing quality control procedures.
Carrying out client assessments prior to commencement of care service
To participate in reviews of clients care plans as required.
To carry out On-Call responsibilities.
To implement all fieldbased training programmes.
To ensure that all changes to Care Schedules are reported, without delay, to the Care Coordinators'.
To maintain all reporting and communication procedures are up to date.
To ensure rigorous adherence to all Ann Mason Care Policies and Procedures.
To promote good personal time management skills in prioritising workload and working to deadlines.

Job Specification

Essential_
Experience of service provision in the care profession.
Clean driving license and permanent use of a legal and reliable car.
Preferred_
Experience of customer/environment assessment or relevant risk assessment qualification or ability to attain such qualifications.
NVQ level 3 or equivalent in Health and social care.
