If you are an experienced FM helpdesk or Ops administrator and are looking for a new challenge or opportunity, then this role could be for you.

As a successful drainage company with a national clientele we are looking for someone to join our growing team.

Our team is based at our head office is in Belvedere, SE London (own transport is preferable due to location and with offer free parking).

We are looking for someone who has previous experience working in a FM, helpdesk or operations environment.

You should also be a competent and reliable administrator with excellent communication and organisational skills with a keen eye for detail and enjoy working in a fast paced environment.

The hours are 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday.

The day to day activities will include the following tasks:

  • Allocate jobs to engineers / tanker teams on our job management software
  • Big Change
  • Organise engineers' jobs on client job platforms including Pronett
  • Ensure jobs are completed on Big Change
  • Send invoices out from Big Change
  • Create Purchase Order's for any stock required by engineers
  • Answer the telephone in a prompt, professional and friendly manner
  • Creation of quotes for any remedial works
  • Followup for any quotes provided
  • Upload job reports to clients' specific portals as and when required
  • Maintain engineers / tanker teams' hours / holiday / sickness
  • Manage any outstanding requests from clients
  • Schedule and maintain the preplanned maintenance schedule
  • Assist the Admin teams with any adhoc projects/work requests

Salary:
£23,500.00-£25,000.00 per year

Experience:


  • Administrative: 4 years (required)
