Are you a smart and well-presented Accountant looking for a new challenge? Crowe Watson, a leading Recruitment Specialist, are currently looking for an experienced Accounts Senior to join a thriving Accountancy Practice in Letchworth Garden City, Hertfordshire.


As an Accounts Senior, you will have the opportunity to work both independently and as part of a team, working on a range of accounts preparation, tax returns, and VAT returns for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies.

Your auditing experience will be valued and will be considered an advantage in this role.


Responsibilities

  • Prepare accounts, tax returns, and VAT returns for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies
  • Work independently and as part of a team
  • Provide highquality service to clients
  • Complete audits (if applicable)

Requirements:


  • A minimum of 35 years' experience in a similar role in public practice
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Previous experience with accounts preparation, tax returns, and VAT returns
  • Audit experience (Beneficial)
  • Well presented and professional demeanor
  • Relevant accounting qualification (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA)

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£34,000.00-£44,000.00 per year
