Description
We have a new opportunity available, working within Customer Service, based in Witham.

This offers a salary of £25'300, plus benefits including Monday to Friday working hours of 8.30am to 5.00pm with no evenings or weekends involved.

You will also receive 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays on top, company contribution pension, life assurance and a discretionary company bonus scheme.


Your official job title will be Service Desk Controller and you will report into the Service Desk Manager, within a friendly and supportive work environment.

You will provide a central role to the team and provide exceptional Customer Service to their customers.


To be considered for this opportunity you will need

  • Previous customer service experience within an officebased work environment.
  • Strong communication skills, as you will be providing Customer Service experience to their customers and suppliers, plus liaising internally with colleagues, engineers, and their sales team.
  • Experience using an inhouse database.
  • Previous experience working with product service or parts would be beneficial.
