Location:
Denton, Manchester


We are recruiting for a Customer Service Representative to join a busy helpdesk environment on a FM contract team in Denton.


The customer service representative will provide a variety of administrative duties for our management team to enable a more efficient service to our client.

Their primary focus would be to effectively organise and coordinate all operational administration such as Reporting, Filing/Documenting, Logging, and taking calls.


  • Experience in similar administrative role
  • A positive attitude to work
  • Good communication skills
  • Resilience and good organisational skills
  • Great IT Skills (eg) MS Office, Outlook + ability to pick up new systems

You would be responsible for:

  • Issuing jobs to engineers
  • Updating CAFM system with progress on jobs
  • Providing support to the team and client
  • Logging calls and tracking updates on reactive works on site
  • Ensuring full detail is provided.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£20,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
