An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Nurse Practitioner to work within our well established, forward thinking Later Life and Memory Service in Warrington

In return, you will join a supportive and enthusiastic team at an exciting stage in its development and also benefit from the Trust's high commitment to staff development, supervision and training.

You will have support from nursing colleagues. You will also have regular professional supervision. Access to transport is essential.

Consideration will be given to Band 5 applicants as a development role.
