Sales Director Role at Commercial Insurance Broking Firm

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our sales strategy and drive revenue growth. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership within Commercial Insurance and wider financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives.
  • Lead, develop, and manage the sales team to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
  • Create and implement sales strategies to drive business development and market expansion.
  • Ensure the team meets or exceeds sales targets by implementing effective performance management and coaching strategies.
  • Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and effective use of resources to maximise opportunities.
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to ensure long-term business success.

The Candidate

As Sales Director you will have

  • Extensive experience in a senior sales role within Financial Services, ideally in the Commercial Insurance space.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a high-performing sales team.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to develop and implement strategic sales initiatives.

The Reward

Annual Salary: £100,000
