As Customer Engagement Co-Ordinator, you will be responsible for providing service excellence to our clients and residents alike, helping us to not only maintain our industry leading position but also helping to deliver continual improvement throughout our business.

The Role


You will play a key role in enhancing our customer service and building lasting relationships with our clients and residents.

You will also have the opportunity to visit our client's sales offices and assist with community events to foster a positive relationship with our residents from the word go


To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have experience working in a customer support role.
  • Have strong communication skills with the ability to organise and multitask.
  • Have a friendly and professional demeanour.
  • Be competent with Microsoft Office Applications and CRM systems.
  • Have the willingness and ability to do the right thing.
  • Hold a full driving licence with access to your own vehicle.

Some of your duties will include:

  • Acting as the main point of contact for sales offices, visiting them to ensure they have all relevant information.
  • Providing customer service in a professional, friendly and empathetic way.
  • Being a customer service champion ensuring that all contacts from customers are owned and resolved through to completion.
  • Using our CRM system to record information relating to enquiries, and complaints to ensure accuracy of information and efficiency when dealing with customers.
  • Advising on opportunities for continual improvement.
  • Carrying out a range of administrative duties that that may be needed from time to time.
  • Achieving all personal and team targets, KPIs, service level agreements and quality standards to meet or exceed our 97% customer satisfaction rate.
