Job Spec

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reception duties answering the telephone, relaying messages
  • Providing excellent customer service to clients and dealing with queries
  • Welcoming clients / contractors
  • Administration duties to assist with project work
  • Booking appointments
  • Inputting information onto the system
  • Further admin duties will develop over time
  • Adhering to admin processes
  • Ordering stationary
  • Complying with health & safety in the work place

  • Knowledge of Microsoft office
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Professional attitude
  • Attention to detail
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Excellent telephone manner

Rate of Pay
£6.40 per hour (11,315.20)


Hours of Work

Monday to Thursday:
