As a Research Project Lead, you will spearhead strategic market intelligence consultancy projects, overseeing their lifecycle from conception to delivery.

Your role will involve engaging with private clients to define research objectives, developing robust methodologies, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality outputs that meet or exceed customer expectations.

Additionally, you will provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.


Research Project Lead, Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop strategies aligned with evolving market needs to enhance market intelligence consultancy.
  • Collaborate with clients to define project objectives and scope.
  • Implement research methodologies to achieve project objectives within budget.
  • Oversee deliverables to ensure highquality outputs and client satisfaction.
  • Analyse research data to identify trends and actionable insights.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in market research.
  • Evaluate technology developments to enhance research methodologies.
  • Provide mentorship and training to junior team members.

Research Project Lead, Key Skills:


  • Degree in engineering, economics, econometrics, business studies, or relevant discipline
  • Extensive experience in market intelligence or consultancy.
  • Strong commercial acumen.
  • Excellent communication and relationshipbuilding skills.
  • Proficient in project management methodologies.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English; ability to deliver clear reports and presentations.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Good working knowledge of HVAC and smart technologies is advantageous
  • Fluency in a foreign language is advantageous

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£45,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
