Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant seeking a new role from September 2023? Are you passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of students with special educational needs?

Tradewind are proud to be supporting an Ofsted rated 'Good' Primary School based in Stapleford, Cambridgeshire, who are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their team in September.

As a Teaching Assistant in this school, you will play a vital role in providing essential learning and care support to pupils with SEN on a 1:1 basis.

Commencing September Up to £90 per day depending on experience

Supporting SEN pupils 1:1 with their social, emotional and mental health needs

The key requirements for this role are:

Degree holder and/or significant experience working with children
Good communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with students, promoting high selfesteem and independence
Patience, empathy, and a caring attitude towards students with special educational needs
Ability to support students with their social, emotional, and mental health needs, escalating concerns when necessary
Flexibility and adaptability to meet the individual needs of students
Ability to supervise a class if the teacher is temporarily unavailable
