This Sales Administrator role will provide a driven talent access to all areas of the business becoming integral to the companies success and managing specific relationships with our clients customers.

You will hold relationships with their customers, 3rd party suppliers, accounts department, sales and warehousing function.

This Sales Administrator will hold the following responsibilities:

  • Dealing with inbound calls, taking messages and managing customer enquiries
  • Working with the Sales Account Managers supporting them with quoting, invoicing and delivery bookings
  • Managing the process post sale through to delivery to client
  • Dealing with 3rd party suppliers booking delivery collections and stock ordering
  • General data administration through our clients internal CRM
  • Through peak periods helping the Distribution team with outbound deliveries and inbound stock control
  • Supporting the company with marketing ideas and social media management as and when required

The ideal talent for this Sales Administrator role will hold the below exposure and qualities:

  • Previous sales support or administration exposure is essential
  • Previous experience dealing with customer enquiries
  • A passion for providing a high quality customer journey
  • A natural team player with the want to succeed
  • A willingness to develop and grow within a thriving company
  • Full UK Driving License due to rural location

Job Types:

Salary:
£24,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
