Service Desk Engineer / Cambridge / Up to £25k


Tec Partners are working with an exciting business in Cambridge who are looking to recruit an IT Service Desk Engineer to their IT Services team to support the internal customers.


The following experience is essential for the role:

  • Previous experience of supporting Windows 10 and Office 36
  • Relevant experience in an IT Support role and managing tickets
  • You show a passion for great customer service and desire to work effectively as part of a team
  • You show a willingness to learn and have a strong eye for detail within defined processes and procedures
  • Experience of mobile iOS and Android devices is preferred
  • Experience of supporting Apple Macs is preferred
