Agile Business Analyst - Contract - Hybrid Remote - £450 PAYE
A key client of ours are currently looking for Business Analysts to join their growing team.

Joining the business at a critical time, you will work across 3 workstreams involved in the implementation of a new ERP system.

To work with agile project team and stakeholders to analyse the impact of change on existing and desired processes and operational models, and to gather requirements to drive creative and considered solutions to business issues being addressed by the projectportfolios.

Key responsibilities:

Conducting all business analysis activities in an Agile environment on behalf of the BA Practice, development of key BA artefacts, reporting into the Senior BA within that Portfolio.
To develop solid communication channels within and outside projects and provide regular feedback to stakeholders
To ensure that Agile change management framework, methodologies and change control processes are followed appropriately on all projects providing a fully traceable summary of deliverables and changes at the end of the project.
To ensure that changes result in a positive customer outcome that is consistent with Members First principles and the conduct risk appetite.
To provide ongoing business analysis support through the entire project lifecycle using scaled agile framework. Providing support to the development team building and testing the technical solution and with the coordination of user testing and implementationplanning.
To support business owners in their business readiness activities, including support to identify changes to; procedures, testing, communication and training needs, enabling them to adapt to and accept the change at implementation.
To work in conjunction with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, other Business Analysts, business representatives / SME's and other stakeholders to ensure that optimum communication and team work between deliveries is maintained. When assigned to projects witha Senior BA or Junior BAs, providing support to those colleagues as appropriate.

Key Skills:

Good understanding of requirements elicitation, process modelling techniques, impact assessment and operational design.
Ability to quickly develop a detailed understanding of business processes and identify and assess gaps in those processes
Ability to quickly gain domain knowledge relevant to your deliverable and support data migration activities
Good stakeholder management skills with ability to question and challenge, put forward new ideas and gain buy in through key working relationships.
