Derbyshire Dales District Council has an exciting opportunity to work within a new housing support service.

As part of a dedicated team, your role as Home-Options Support Officer is to provide appropriate support to service users who are living in their own homes, supported housing or first time tenants to enable them to develop and maximise their independence.

As the Home-Options Support Officer you will agree and implement person centred support plans and risk assessments with service users to ensure we are providing a service that meets each individual's needs, supports their aspirations and maximises their independence.
