Zachary Daniels are recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a leading Omnichannel retail business.

About The Role

Key Accountabilities:

  • Ensure the right recruitment strategy is adopted for all roles, considering quality, cost, consistency and time to hire.
  • Ensure managers adhere to the recruitment process
  • Propose and implement solutions to overcome recruitment for particularly challenging positions.
  • Solid experience recruiting a variety of roles in a fast paced retail environment. (Would consider applicants from hospitality if they have previous retail work experience.)
  • Passionate about recruitment.
  • Experience in using Linked in, and other major job boards to headhunt and generally search for talent.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, can develop a good rapport.
  • Professional but approachable.
  • Organised with attention to detail.
  • Very good verbal and written communication skills. (can write engaging adverts and interview questions)
  • Team player, happy to recruit junior and more senior roles at volume.
  • Good IT skills and has used an ATS before, so can help with implementation.
This role is Monday to Friday with hybrid working. (2-3 days in the office)
