Zachary Daniels are recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a leading Omnichannel retail business.
About The Role
Key Accountabilities:
- Ensure the right recruitment strategy is adopted for all roles, considering quality, cost, consistency and time to hire.
- Ensure managers adhere to the recruitment process
- Propose and implement solutions to overcome recruitment for particularly challenging positions.
- Solid experience recruiting a variety of roles in a fast paced retail environment. (Would consider applicants from hospitality if they have previous retail work experience.)
- Passionate about recruitment.
- Experience in using Linked in, and other major job boards to headhunt and generally search for talent.
- Strong interpersonal skills, can develop a good rapport.
- Professional but approachable.
- Organised with attention to detail.
- Very good verbal and written communication skills. (can write engaging adverts and interview questions)
- Team player, happy to recruit junior and more senior roles at volume.
- Good IT skills and has used an ATS before, so can help with implementation.
